How can I pay?: Select a credit pack, then choose card checkout or PayPal. Both are one-time payments; there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
When is a credit used?: Choose the paid option to use one credit per successful image check. Free checks use the monthly allowance.
What if detection fails?: We hold one available credit while a paid check runs. If detection or saving the result fails, the hold is released and your balance stays the same. An uncertain assessment still counts as a completed check.
Can I buy more credits?: Yes. Packs add to your existing balance. There is no daily or monthly limit on using purchased credits. Each check uses one credit.
Can I request a refund?: Contact support within 7 days of payment if that order’s credits are unused. Include your order number.
