Refunds

Failed checks consume no credits. Contact support within 7 days of payment to request a refund if the credits from that purchase are unused; include your order ID. Requests involving used allowances are reviewed individually. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Monthly free checks are separate. Failed checks do not use credits. Free and paid checks use the same detector.
